IF YOU ARE IN THE U.K. (United Kingdom) OR OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES: You are very likely wanting to contact santaflix.CO.UK - a completely different company from ours, which we have nothing to do with. If you are in the U.K. and have a problem with an order you need to contact santaflix.co.uk, which is a new company (despite claims otherwise), unlike our established company which has been around for many years and is located in the United States.

IMPORTANT - Before contacting us regarding any other initial inquiry or issue, first be sure that none of your questions are addressed here:

*All titles are NEW, digitally-mastered & factory-sealed, with full menus, packaging and disc artwork.

*All DVDs are Region 1 and will play in all standard North American (United States and Canada) DVD players. (DVDs may also play in players outside North America.)


*We are not able to provide shipping costs through email: Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout by the automated shopping cart system, based upon your location, the number of items and final shipping weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose. You will have the opportunity to review this cost prior to finalizing an order. Please do not email requesting shipping costs.

*As with most e-commerce sites, Santa Flix only accepts online payment at this time, through our e-commerce shopping cart system.

*We do not accept mailed payments (checks or money orders) and we are unable to take orders over the telephone. The only merchant credit card processor we have is our online shopping cart system.

*If a customer does not have a credit or debit card - the customer can always use a pre-paid gift card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), available at most major supermarkets, department stores, and many banks. (Or payment can also be made through PayPal.)

Terms Of Service:

Santa Flix is a DVD On Demand / Special Order Service.

*Due to ease of copying,a DVD can only be returned if defective for a replacement DVD of the same title. In special circumstances, a store credit may be issued in exchange for another title, at Santa Flix staff discretion.

*Special Note: Express Mail and International Shipping are non-refundable.

*All shipping fees are non-refundable.

*Our cut-off deadline for Express Mail is 3:45pm (Pacific Time Zone) Monday through Friday. Of course, we accept Express Mail orders after that time - everyday - but if an order is posted later than 3:45pm (Pacific Time Zone) we may not post it until the next business day.

*Unless otherwise noted our DVDs do not have subtitles nor do they have Closed-Captions.

*Customers are responsible for giving a good, accurate delivery address that can be verified by the United States Postal Service (US customers only). International customers are responsible for giving full, good and accurate delivery addresses for in-country delivery.

*Customers are responsible for providing good and accurate e-mail addresses, as well as, good and accurate working phone numbers on all orders.

*We will not re-ship (at our cost) once an item has been stated as delivered by the United States Postal Service or an item is returned as "undeliverable as addressed".
